Renee & Kyle were so fun to work with this past Saturday… In fact, I felt as if I was part of the family as I pulled away from the reception and headed home. Renee’s family welcomed me like I was an old high school friend(of Renee’s)! There was so much love for these two that you could feel it in the air and most definately see it on their faces. Renee and her mother put so much thought into planning this day, that the details were so fun to photograph and so important to capture!
Married on my own anniversary, I know they will have a long and healthy marriage! (yes, my anniversary – the year 2007 put both my birthday & anniversary on Saturday’s!)

I just wanted to tell you that I will be out of town…actually out of state Thursday through Sunday this week. I’m not sure how much email and/or phone contact I will have. NEW YORK!!! Mary & I will be traveling to Schenectady for Samm & Chris’ wedding! [Samm & I used to work together and haven't seen each in other over 5 years!]
I am looking forward to another roadtrip with Mary, too!

On Sunday, I got a chance to meet Matt ~ another quiet senior from Southview High. My first shot was in the lockeroom….woa. Let me tell you, I was warned of the smell, but didn’t think it could be that bad. My! Why don’t they make windows for ‘rooms’ like these?! Besides, the smell, I think our session started off strong…ha, no pun here.
Matt plays both football & baseball and wasn’t sure on college plans yet when I asked him.
I wish you luck your senior year, Matt and hope to see you for homecoming dinner [where he might be a guest for Sarah & Dominics wedding!] Enjoy the sneek peak!

We need a little fun on this blog…. I’m right in the middle of fall busy time so I need a little break.
