Meet Isabella

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

I had the opportunity to finally meet her last week and let me tell you ~ it was a joy. Isabella is the daughter of one of my 2007 couples and has an incredible story already. Born at 26 weeks, she is finally home and happy. Isabella is now 4 months weighing 7lb 7oz. , she is just darling, isn’t she? Thank you Brianna for contacting me – I’m so glad to be able to capture Isabella at this stage in her life and her many looks for you to have always.

Courtney & Brad ~ 8.16.08

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Courtney & Brad were married in a beautiful church in Youngstown, had lots of time for fabulous photos and then celebrated at the Stambaugh Auditorium, which is gorgeous. This is the second wedding from this family I’ve done in just 2 months and I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity to do so. Laura & Marc celebrated in style in July and cousin Courtney knew how to keep the style going. From all the details all throughout the day, the gorgeous flowers, the joy was obvious that these two high school sweethearts belong together. Congrats you two and thank again for making that switch to book just 3 months ago!! Enjoy your (belated) sneek peak ~ I’m sorry about that :)

yummmm…cookie tables

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Just wanted to say something about Courtney & Brad’s cookie table…that I’m sure did not go unnoticed at their reception. Wow, talk about a display of sweets – sweets that I’d never even heard of or knew the name of. They call it a cookie table, but there was waaaay more than just cookies on these tables. This is a Youngstown Italian tradition where the ladies in the family bake and bake until they are tired of baking :) I was told there was over 400 dozen ‘cookies.’ – which I still can’t believe. I wouldn’t mind seeing this tradition starting in Toledo! HA!

Just wanted to share my sunset from Erin & Jay’s wedding – straight out of the camera, mind you, all I did was resize it. I heart my 5D.

okay…Drum roll… please. I’m back and ready to blog my little heart out. Well, actually I didn’t go too far but I had to finish certain projects before I could get moving onto my other projects. So let me begin with Erin & Jay’s wonderful wedding in Marblehead and reception in Port Clinton. Mandy & I had a terrific time with the bridal party & both families. I myself really enjoyed the live band – soooo fun! This was just my 2nd time back at CIC and enjoyed every minute of the it. It’s hard to pin point why but with water, the sunset and everyones happiness, I didn’t want to be anywhere but there…if that makes any sense :)
