Morgan & Brock’s wedding was outside of Canton, Ohio and can I just tell you that I would move there tomorrow if I could. I loved the hills, the countryside, the peace and not to mention the people were so sweet. These newlyweds met in highschool, dated in highschool and have been together ever since. We even made time for a visit to the highschool so they could kiss in the same spot as their first kiss was 8 years ago (right 8?). It was such a grand day in a nutshell. They decided to see one another first to allow more time for photographs and to have their moment together before the biggest day of their lives.  Their moment, the first look, was the most emotional one yet. Brock had both Mandy & I crying by the time it was said and done…very moving. The day was filled of great details (from her shoes [!!!] to the cookie jar favors – which by the way, taste yummy).

Morgan & Brock – you have a special bond between the two of you that I’m so happy to see and appreciate. Thank you for allowing us to spend the day with you ~

It seems like it was just yesterday that we did engagement photos, even though it’s been over a year. Crazy how fast life has gone. And now these two have been husband & wife for a month…I’m sure still smiling! We had a great day taking part of this fabulous wedding day. I met Katie & Mike a little over 2 years ago during another fabulous wedding with a great circle of Rossford friends…need I say more? I’ve enjoyed the time with all of you and hope to see you more as the families grow

My third engagement session in a week and all the brides names begin with the lette ‘L’ too funny, huh? It’s the small things in life that humor me.

Lyndsay & Eric will be getting married in July as well ~ looking forward to being in Michigan and on ‘new turf’ for me. Lyndsay wanted to do their engagement session at the zoo so that is where went! It was fun and some nice practice since I will be there this weekend for a really fun wedding. Annnnnd not to mention I love the zoo, I’m a proud member and my son is enrolled in the preschool [yes, they have a preschool!] and you should be a member, too! So when Lyndsay mentioned the zoo, I didn’t question her. We had a blast and enjoyed getting to know both of you!

Just a little busy around here ~

I promise to be posting the weddings very soon. Katie & Mike – you have been super duper patient! [thank you!!] And I know I have very anxious people in NorthEAST Ohio, too… very soon – I promise.

Lauren & Jeff will marry in March and I’m really looking forward to celebrating with them and ofcourse photographing the wedding day! They are such a sweet couple with big smiles. We had a great time walking the campus of University of Dayton [we traveled down after an awesome wedding in Columbus - which sneak peeks will be coming soon]. If you’ve attended the college then you know what ‘echo point’ is…. I know feel like a little kid when I stand on the cross.
